What is IR35?
IR35 is legislation introduced by the government to tackle tax and national insurance avoidance by freelancers and consultants whom the HMRC view as being employees and therefore liable to schedule e tax and national insurance contributions on all income. As an employee of norla services all earnings are already subject to schedule E tax and national insurance, so IR35 does not apply.

How will I receive evidence of my salary, remittance and expenses?
We issue payslips, remittance and expenses records on a monthly basis. The payslip provides a complete breakdown of payments and deductions, along with year to date figures. The remittance statement reflects any invoices included in that month’s pay, along with a summary reflecting fees and any advanced payments. The expenses statement provides full details of allowable expenses included for that month. You will also receive an email statement every time funds are transferred into your account during the month.
